Refund Policy

  • Refund of the total amount including delivery charges applies only if all the products send by the merchant are wrong, defective or damaged during shipping.
  • In Case one or several products are wrong, defective or damaged during shipping, the refund will apply to these products only. The shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • All refunds requests have to be made on the delivery date. All refund requests made after that date will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
