Refund of the total amount including delivery charges applies only if all the products send by the merchant are wrong, defective or damaged during shipping.
In Case one or several products are wrong, defective or damaged during shipping, the refund will apply to these products only. The shipping fees will not be refunded.
All refunds requests have to be made on the delivery date. All refund requests made after that date will not be accepted.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
