Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests for one or several products can be made 24 hours after orders delivery. If one or several products are wrong, defective or damaged during shipping, the exchange will be made at no cost. For any other reason, the exchange is subject to the merchant’s approval and the shipping fees related to the exchange will be paid by the customer.
  • All exchanges are accepted only if their delivery packaging has not been opened. Please return the product in its original packaging.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
